A thriving manager needs to be aware of the dynamic environment, related issues, and sensitivity towards societal needs. Managers, regardless of industry or company size, must approach their operating strategies, from a global perspective. 

The course provides an analysis of the global business environment and its impact on businesses.  The course also includes appropriate examples, cases and scenarios. This will help the practitioners and budding scholars of management to make the best decisions.

The basic objective of the course is:

Dr. Chhavi Jain is working as a Senior Assistant Professor and Coordinator- MBA (Retail Management) and B.Voc. (Digital Marketing) at IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur, Rajasthan. She has an experience of more than 16 years in Teaching, Research and Administration. Her areas of interest include Online Teaching and Learning, Educational Technology, MOOCs and Open Educational Resource (OER). Her expertise is Business Environment, Marketing Management, Global Business, Retail Management, Digital Marketing at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.

GRADING AND CERTIFICATE:

Graded Assessments & Final Exam:
  • There will be (a) assessments at the end of every week and (b) one Final Exam.
  • Final Exam date (Tentative): 14th May 2023 (exam dates may change)
Weightage:
  • Weekly Assessments (Internal) will carry 25% weightage
  • Final Examination will carry 75% weightage
Passing Marks:
  • You will be eligible for a certificate only if you score minimum 40% in Weekly Assessments (Internal) and minimum 40% in Final Examination. 

Gold Medal Badge print on Certificate:
  • If you score 90% or more OVERALL, your certificate will include "gold medal badge" printed.

Type of exam: Computer based exam 

Exam center: You can find the final allotted exam centre details in the hall ticket. You will have to appear at the allotted exam centre and take the exam in person. 

QP Pattern: Type of questions may include multiple choice questions, fill in the blanks, essay type (subjective) type, etc. Generally objective type questions are given.
