    Dr. Rajeshwari Patil 
    Dr. Rajeshwari Patil, is the Deputy Director of Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development and Associate Professor (HR) at Sri Balaji University Pune. With over 15 years of experience in teaching, she has excelled as a teacher, mentor, and corporate interface enabler. Her expertise is in Business Research Methods, Compensation Management, Social Research Methodology, Organization Behaviour, and Human Resource Management. Her area of interest is in Design Thinking and has a paper published on scale development to measure employee experience using Design Thinking in the Scopus index journal.



    Dr. Manisha Shukla

    Dr. Manisha Shukla is Professor and Head, Sri BUILD (MDP Department) at Sri Balaji University Pune, with teaching experience spanning over twenty five years in the area of OB & HR. As a teacher, trainer and mentor she blends creativity and innovation, ensuring learner centricity in her pedagogical approach. Additionally, her certifications as a CPD certified performance coach, PPA certified (DISC) from Thomas International, and the signature program of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People further attest to her commitment to fostering growth and excellence. 





    Dr. Deepali Raheja

    Dr. Deepali Raheja has total experience of more than two decades in academics and corporate training and development. She is currently associated as a Professor and a core member of the Management Development Program (MDP) department at Sri Balaji University Pune where she is responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of training and development needs of leading organizations. She is formally educated in Human Resource Management. Dr. Raheja is an academician with Ph.D. in HRM, Certified Transactional Analyst Trainer, Certified Emotional intelligence practitioner, on-the field training and a corporate trainer in behavioral & leadership domain.



    Dr. Mansi Kapoor

    Sri Balaji University, Pune

    Dr. Mansi Kapoor, an accomplished MBA graduate from India's leading Central University (B.H.U) and a distinguished PhD holder in Leadership and Spirituality from the renowned Savitri Bai Phule Pune University, brings a wealth of academic expertise.

    Her authored work, "Global Business Environment: Shifting Paradigms in the Fourth Industrial Revolution," published by Sage, enjoys international recognition and serves as a prominent textbook. Her latest book “Whatever- The Alternate Narrative”- an eclectic mix of essays on contemporary culture is being recommended as a popular reading material for the young and restless.

    Currently serving as a Research Fellow at James Cook University's Centre for Business and Trade in Asia (CITBA), Dr. Mansi Kapoor has presented papers at esteemed institutions such as Yale University (USA) and the University of Birmingham (UK). Her extensive contributions encompass multiple publications in prestigious international journals.

    Dr. Mansi Kapoor's expertise extends to organizing Management Development Programs (MDPs) for the faculty and staff  of various educational institutes in Pune, covering critical topics like Emotional Resilience, Leadership 4.0, Spirituality , Philosophy Tool Kit for Managers.

    Course certificate

    Given that this is a non-credit course, it is important to note that there will be no final examination. Consequently, learners will not receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
