The present course offers an in-depth insight into the fundamentals of Organizational Behaviour as a discipline and its applications for analyzing, managing, and predicting people's behaviour in the group and organizational setting.
The course begins by offering a historical overview of the evolution of the discipline and locates its place in the present management literature in light of the latest research and theoretical perspectives. Through various topics covered in this course, the instructor discusses the dynamics of human values,  personality, motivation, attitudes, learning, mindset, along with understanding group and team behaviour in the organizational setting. The instructor will follow a case-oriented discussion approach for each topic by bringing relevant business case studies, examples and exercises into the course.
The course is designed to provide an in-depth learning experience through a combination of methodologies, including engagement in dialogues on various theoretical perspectives through case studies, discussions, quizzes, experiential exercises, simulations, self-analysis, and feedback.
