Students will learn how to use gamification techniques for enhancing customer engagement and adding values to customer experience using gamified instruments, and manage customer relationship for effective marketing decisions. Dr Manish Kumar Srivastava

Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore

Dr Manish Kumar Srivastava has completed his PhD from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. Currently, he is working as a Professor of Marketing at the School of Business andManagement, Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. With over 20 Years of teaching and industrial experience, he has taught at and worked closely with renowned Management Institutes in India. He was also invited as an Educator at the Ministry ofEducation, Eritrea, in North East Africa. Dr Manish takes to his credit various publications in well-known journals of Taylor andFrancis (ABDC and Scopus indexed), and other international publications. He is an active member of Academy of International

Business, USA. He has been the reviewer of research articles ofInder-science journals, AIB’s international conference, A rated joirnal, and UGC’s research proposal for postdoc positions.



Dr Nishant Kumar

Dr Nishant Kumar is an Associate Professor in the School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. He has published patents, book chapters, and research papers in journals with ABS, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and ABDC classifications. He is also a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Repute. He has presented papers at various National and international conferences in prestigious institutes like IIM Bangalore, IIM Indore, IIT Roorkee, and the University of Mumbai and has won outstanding research paper awards. His interests and expertise include intelligent computation technologies, blockchain, and its application.


Dr Vedha Balaji

CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore
Dr Vedha Balaji is a Professor, the School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bangalore. She is a faculty in the area of business and management with 26 years of rich experience in academia. As an academician, Dr Vedha enjoys designing and delivering new courses based on contemporary business practices, reading and experimenting on new pedagogies with a particular interest in simulation exercises. Dr Vedha has research interests in advertising and consumer behavior in verticals such as tourism, credit cards, and organic food products.
