Banasthali Vidyapith has developed this course keeping in view the diverse needs of faculty members in management and commerce fraternity. The course covering 40 modules has been developed with thorough research by more than 30 experts from the academics as well as corporate. Extensive reading material has also developed for overall learning of the participants. 

The world today is acknowledging the importance of Indian ethos and culture for sustainable development and world peace. Thus, our modules have special focus on application of ideas from Bharatiya Shastra and culture for contemporary management and research. The course covers innovative teaching approaches, indigenous research methods, insights from Indian ethos, Shastrarth as mode of teaching etc. To meet the dynamic needs, emerging topics like in management domains like Social and Emotional Intelligence, Personal Finance, Artificial Intelligence in Management, Integrated Reporting, Business Simulation, Leadership, Neuromarketing etc. have also been included. This will ensure holistic learning experience for the participants.

Prof. Harsh Purohit

FMS-WISDOM, Banasthali Vidyapith
Dr. Harsh Purohit is a Professor of Personal Finance at the largest residential university for women’s education in India - Banasthali Vidyapith and the Dean, FMS-WISDOM and Faculty of Law. Prof. Purohit, a Gold medalist in Commerce and a Management graduate from IMS, DAVV, Indore has authored two books, over 50 articles in reputed journals while 35 of his students have been awarded PhD in his supervision. He is the Principal Investigator of the NITI Aayog’s prestigious Atal Incubation Centre at the University and has recently conceptualized framework of ‘Holistic Electoral Competency Rating’, ‘Bharatiya Model of Financial and Digital Literacy’ and ‘Work-Life Natural Fusion’ which have potential to bring another revolution. He has contributed in raising CSR grants for the University from Bank of America, SBI, Tech Mahindra Foundation, HDFC Bank etc. and received 7 awards from Principal Mutual Funds, ICSI, Lions Club etc. for promotion of Women’s Education and Financial Literacy in India.
