This Pandemic has led to adoption of digital skills for facilitating 21 century education and has brought new analysis of SWOC for teaching technologies with reference to digital technologies. Basically this course is based on exploring digital skills with reference to 21st century educational experiences.  Digital skills and competencies will always be the ground which education of 21st century will grow and thrive. Teachers are now mentally prepared to utilize modern digital tools and techniques to harness the potential possibilities of e-learning technologies. Now, there is great need to handle the e-learning technologies with expertise of pedagogical practices. 21st century is of digital native. In this era, Pedagogy, Transaction and Evaluation along with Flip class rooms Approach is equipped with technological supported pedagogical innovations. Digital skills and competencies will always be the ground which education of 21st century will grow and thrive.  So this is need of the hour that teachers should focus on digital competence to explore new pedagogical innovations and new endeavors of Research methodology. Educational needs of learners are changing faster than teachers can cope up with. We teachers have to welcome technology into our class rooms equipping students with new experiences. Technology helps make teaching, learning and research more meaningful and enjoyable. There are number of powerful technology tools in the class room learning that teachers can use in the classroom that go beyond to the text books. Technology has a way of keeping students motivated as well as engaged in what they are learning. It also has the ability to change the reluctant learners into passionate readers. Many teachers are shifting away from text books dependent classrooms and moving towards a more student cantered, digital atmosphere driven by technology in the classroom. Keeping in view the vital importance of these issues, an idea has been conceptualized to prepare a course that enables teachers to acquaint them with knowledge, skill and attitude for technology integration in pedagogical decisions and research methodology. The major thrust of this course is to explore Pedagogical Innovations to guide teachers and policy makers for quality concerns in higher education.

Prof. Vandana Punia and Prof. Neeraj Dilbaghi

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science &Technology Hisar, Haryana
Vandana Punia is currently working as Dean, Faculty of Education and Professor of Human Resource Development Centre, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science Technology Hisar. She is MA (Economics, Mass Communication) M.Ed., Ph. D. in Education having specialization the area of ICT based Training. She is having 15 years of teaching and research experience to her credit, in area of Teacher Education. She has completed two sponsored Major Research Projects funded by University Grants Commission, New Delhi, published more than 50 research papers in National and International Journals, developed Multiple Intelligence Inventory, Work Conflict Scale, Perceived Stress and Coping Strategies to Stress and School Climate, designed E- learning modules and conducted various training sessions as a skilled and inspiring trainer for faculty development programmes to empower and enrich the academia for pursuing high Academic Excellence. She is associated with various acclaimed academic journals in the capacity of editor, reviewer etc. She has developed ARPIT MOOC course that is a great imitative of MHRD Govt of India.
Prof. Neeraj Dilbaghi completed his doctorate degree in Microbiology from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, India and is presently working as Professor at the Department of Bio and Nano Technology, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, India. Dr. Dilbaghi holds the position of Director, UGC- Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) and Incharge Radioecology Centre of GJUS&T, Hisar. He has over 23 years of research and Teaching experience. During his professional career Dr. Neeraj Dilbaghi has guided 13 Ph.D. and over 45 M.Tech. Students. Presently, 8 Ph.D. students and one PDF are pursuing research under his guidance.  His current research focuses on Microbial Biotechnology, Bionanotechnology and Nanosensors for healthcare and environmental applications, Nano medicine and Drug Delivery and Toxicological evaluation of nanomaterials.  Prof. Neeraj Dilbaghi has published over 160 research papers in peer reviewed international and national journals of repute and has contributed I book and two Indian patents. He has completed 3 UGC Major Research Projects, two project funded by BARC- BRNS, three project funded by DST including the prestigious Indo-Thailand International collaborative research project and presently handling four sponsored research projects funded by DBT, LSRB-DRDO, HSCS&T and ADAMA-AGAN Ltd Israel etc to manage his research activities.
