Good academic background and genuine interest in research and teaching. Multi-faceted,  efficient, and reliable. 

    Presently working as Scientist –Human Development in All India Coordinated Research Project, PJTS Agricultural University, she has more than 35 articles published in many national and international journals. Her areas of interests include positive psychology, developmental determinants, early childhood education and psychological well being.

    Has potential in effective curriculum delivery, achieving department goals and meeting the targets and achievements. Develops positive work environment with innovative ideas and responsive to student needs
