Dr. L. Suganthi,Dean, College of Engineering Guindy

Anna University
Dr. L. Suganthi, Dean, College of Engineering Guindy. She is a Professor from the Department of Management Studies, Anna University Chennai. She completed her B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Alagappa College of Technology in the year 1986 and her M.B.A in Management Studies from College of Engineering Guindy in the year 1988. She completed her Ph.D from Anna University in the year 1993. 

She has been awarded the Active Researcher (Management) from Anna University Chennai in the year 2012, Best Teacher award (Information Technology Management) from Bloomberg UTV B-School Excellence in the year 2012, She got I st Rank in MBA from Anna University Chennai in the year 1988, Recipient of DUO-INDIA fellowship from University of Antwerp Belgium in the year 2019, CSIR Scholar - JRF and SRF scholarship from Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) from 1989 to 1993, Commonwealth Award for Post Doctoral Fellowship in Energy Management from University of Leeds, UK from 1999 to 2000.  

She has over 110 papers in International Journals and 100 papers in Conferences. 17 Research Scholars have completed Ph.D. and 6 Scholars. Her areas of research include Organizational Behavior, Information Systems, Energy Management and Sustainability Development. She is Expert Member of NAAC accreditation of Institutions and Universities (NAAC Assessor), UGC Subject Expert Member (Management) for evaluation of UGC research projects. 
She has 33 years of experience in Research and 28 years of experience in Teaching.
