I am Dr. Vidya Raju, Course Co-ordinator for DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS course under Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) currently work as an Associate Professor at the Department of Statistics, Yuvaraja’s College, University of Mysore, Mysuru. 

ACADEMIC DISTINCTIONS:
 
* Delivered 16 E-content Modules for NMEICT-MHRD project—Sakshath, National Mission on Education through ICT, 2014-15 v Delivered 05 E-content Modules for NMEICT-MHRD project—Sakshath, National Mission on Education through ICT, 2016-17. 

* Edited more than 40 episodes in Statistics, the E-content Modules for NMEICT-MHRD project—Sakshath, National Mission on Education through ICT during 2014-16 

* Research project entitled “A Study on Road Accidents in Mangaluru District ” under inspire scholarship in the subject statistics submitted by Anusha, INSPIRE Scholar St. Agnes College, Mangalore was submitted to DST under my supervision(2015) 

* Delivered several Lectures in RIE on the topic “ Creating and Handling real Life Data”

Course certificate

Assessment/Assignment marks will be considered for Internal Marks and will carry 30 percent for overall Result.

End Term Exam- will have 100 questions and will carry 70 percent of  overall Result.

*All students, who obtain 40% marks in in-course assessment and 40% marks in end-term proctored exam separately, will be eligible for certificate and credit transfer.
