Welcome students. I encourage you to join this MOOC programme which is titled as “E-commerce” and is offered on SWAYAM platform. It is a core programme which is a part of Commerce subject and has four course credits. The duration of the course is 14 weeks with an assessment methodology which is – 30% to the internals, 30% to the practical and 40% to the final exams (100%). This programme will offer 40 video modules by covering various important topics such as Basics of E-commerce (Types, Models), Designing a website, Concepts of Cyber Security, Provisions of IT Act 2000, Understanding E-payment system and E-gateway methods. The video modules cover case studies along with various practical examples to help students understand the concepts more easily.
