Dr. Manzoor Ahmad Rather is senior Assistant Professor, at Department of Education University of Kashmir with more than 10 yrs of teaching experience. He has an M.Phil &PhD from university of Kashmir and has been involved with teaching various subjects at UG and PG levels including Psychology, Creativity and Education, Guidance and Counseling, Mental Hygiene. His research interests include creativity and learning etc. He has been associated with various Radio and T.V programmes linked to Education, psychology and Counseling. Acted as developer and presenter of contents for MOOCs and development of e-Content. Performed as Co-ordinator of the course ‘Psychology of Motivation and Learning’.
