DEVI SOUMYAJA

COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Dr. Devi Soumyaja is an Assistant Professor at School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology with 10 years of teaching and research experience. She holds a masters degree in Human Resources Development and bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has completed PhD in Management from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Madras with UGC junior research fellowship. She has also been a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright-Nehru professional and academic excellence award in 2021-22 and was affiliated with California State University,USA for six months. She has also completed research projects granted by inter- university centre for IPR studies ,ICSSR,RUSA, Kerala State Higher Education Council,Kerala Women’s commission and National Women’s Commission of India. She has several ABDC/Scopus indexed journal publications to her credit. 

Course certificate

Course Completion  will carry 70% weightage of end term exam and 30% weightage of interal assessments. A minimum 40% in each is required to qualify for the Course Completion Certifcate.
