Dr. Margie Parikh

BK School of Professional and Management Studies, Gujarat University
Dr. Margie Parikh is a Professor at BK School of Business Management, Gujarat University, where she has been teaching since 1997. She is also a TÜV SÜD as well as ISTD- certified expert in POSH compliance. She has been a Visiting Faculty at the Creative and Cultural Business at IIM Ahmedabad and a Visiting Scholar at Chinmaya Sankrit Vishwavidyapeeth. She is a recipient of Award of Excellence from Bhavans' Middle East. She was an Independent Director on the Board of Atul Auto Ltd., and serves on multiple Boards of Studies at various Universities.

Margie Parikh's case studies can be seen on world’s leading case repositories and journals, Harvard Business School Publication and Ivey Cases being among them. She also has publications in national and international journals. The latest among her books is her translation and exposition of Shukraniti, presented in the modern context of leadership and management.

She has taught Organizational Theory (OT), Organizational Behavior (OB), Organization Development (OD), Leadership, and Human
Resource Development (HRD) among several other related subjects as the member of faculty as well as guest and invited faculty.
