Social Case Work combines both art and science to enable clients to better cope with life challenges. It involves understanding the individual's unique situation through a structured process that includes assessment, intervention, termination, and evaluation.   The process typically encompasses five key phases study, assessment, intervention, termination, and evaluation. Each phase helps social workers identify the client's needs, create tailored strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Social Case work emphasizes building a strong therapeutic relationship between the social worker and the client, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment that promotes client empowerment and self-resilience. Through social casework, individuals can achieve personal growth and navigate their social environments more effectively. Social casework ultimately aims to improve client's well-being and facilitate their functioning within the society.
