Prof. (Dr.) Rishi Pal is a seasoned academician, administrator, and training expert with over 37 years of comprehensive experience in Academics, Research, Administration, Management, and Training & Development. He has served as Professor for the past 14 years and 9 months, contributing immensely to the educational ecosystem.

Dr. Rishipal holds an impressive array of qualifications including a PhD, MBA, MA in English and Psychology, LLB, LLM, and Postgraduate Diplomas in Training & Development and Guidance & Counselling. He has cleared the prestigious NET (National Eligibility Test) twice—in both Psychology and Management.

He has held key leadership roles such as Dean, Humanities & Applied Sciences and Dean, WIT Campus at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University. As a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Skill Delegation, he has represented India across several European countries, including Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Dr. Rishipal has also served as a Visiting Professor at various universities, technical institutions, and industrial organizations, and currently supervises multiple PhD scholars.

He has authored 14 books and contributed chapters and articles to books, journals, and national dailies in the domains of Training & Development, Communication, Management, and Psychology. His academic output includes over 40 research papers in internationally reputed journals and more than 125 paper presentations at national and international conferences. Additionally, he has developed and published standardized psychological scales.

He is on the editorial and review boards of several international journals and has been a consultant and policy advisor to both state and national government bodies for academic planning and institutional development.

Dr. Rishipal was appointed as a member of the National Institute of Differently Abled Persons, New Delhi, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. He also served on the Juvenile Justice Board and was a member of the Inspection Committee for Women Jails and Juvenile Observation Homes in Haryana for five years.

He has been an invited resource person for prominent organizations such as UGC, CBSE, AICTE, NPTI, PDDUIPPD, EdCIL, and several state and central universities for the professional development of faculty, officers, and administrators. His work also extends to corporate training for private and public sector enterprises.

To date, Dr. Rishipal has conducted over 1500 training programs, workshops, and HRD initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of engineers, managers, administrators, educators, and students.

Course certificate

30 Marks will be allocated for Internal Assessment and 70 Marks will be allocated for end term proctored examination.

Securing 40% in both separately is mandatory to pass the course and get Credit Certificate.
