The course provides an analysis of the global business environment and its impact on businesses.  The course also includes appropriate examples, cases and scenarios. This will help the practitioners and budding scholars of management to make the best decisions.

The basic objective of the course is:

Dr. Chhavi Jain is working as an Associate Professor and Coordinator- MBA (Retail Management) and B.Voc. (Digital Marketing) at IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur, Rajasthan. She has an experience of more than 16 years in Teaching, Research and Administration. Her areas of interest include Online Teaching and Learning, Educational Technology, MOOCs and Open Educational Resource (OER). Her expertise is Business Environment, Marketing Management, Global Business, Retail Management, Digital Marketing at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.
