Instructor bio

Dr Romana Gulshani is a visiting faculty at IIM, Bangalore. She earned her PH.D in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She is teaching various HRM courses at IIM, Jammu and IIM, Raipur currently. She is interested in understanding HR challenges and solutions in small and emerging businesses. Before her Ph.D, she has also worked in the industry for almost five years in various roles in hiring and recruitment.
