Dr. Anita Walia is an Assistant Director
-CETT and Associate Professor at JAIN
(Deemed-to-be University), with 20 years of experience in corporate, teaching
and research. She is also the research Guide of Ph.D scholars at AIN
(Deemed-to-be University),She specializes in IT and Human Resource Management
and engages in interdisciplinary research across AI, IoT, cloud computing,
e-commerce, and MOOCs. Dr. Walia has delivered training sessions on Industry
4.0, AI, case study writing, MOOCs, ICT, and competency mapping in over 100
workshops and faculty development programs (FDPs) sponsored by UGC and AICTE.
As a consultant for the Skill Development Mission of the Government , she has
contributed to upskilling engineers and IT professionals across India. Dr. Walia
has presented and published papers at
several national and international conferences
including at IIMs, IITs, and events in the UK, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka.
She has published articles in Scopus-indexed journals and contributes to
education communities through her blog.
