Essential Values and Ethics: Cultivating Professional Excellence and Career Advancement

By Dr. Anand Pandey   |   Manipal University, Jaipur
Learners enrolled: 467

It is essential for an individual to acquire professional skills in order to have a successful career. However, it is of the utmost importance that the same individual possesses knowledge of values and ethics, which can direct them to use their professional skill set in an ethical manner that is not only beneficial to them, but also to other people, businesses, society, and the nation. This is frequently done at the expense of addressing the underlying human drive for happiness and wealth. A deeper knowledge and emotional well-being among learners, both in their personal and professional life, as well as the development of an ethical approach to living, are the goals of the proposed course, which aims to bridge this gap. By incorporating values into the education, learners will be better equipped to deal with moral dilemmas and to make judgments that require careful consideration throughout their lives and careers.
