Dr. Mahalakshmi S, is a distinguished
academician, researcher, and corporate trainer with over 15 years of experience
spanning both academia and industry. An executive alumni of the Indian
Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam, she holds a Post Graduate
Certificate Program (PGCP) in Digital and Social Media Marketing, which
complements her core expertise in Marketing and Systems. She holds an
engineering degree and is a university rank holder and triple gold medalist in
MBA, where she also secured the state’s first rank. Dr. Mahalakshmi is
currently a faculty member and Ph.D. guide in the area of Marketing, teaching a
wide range of subjects including Marketing of Technology Products, Digital
Marketing, and Marketing Analytics. Her passion for innovation and research is
evident in her authorship of three textbooks, the granting of four patents, and
the publication of over 20 scholarly articles in reputed journals, including
more than 15 in Scopus-indexed journals. She has played a significant role in
the digital education space as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Manipal
University, Centre for Distance Education, and has contributed to the
development and delivery of online courses on platforms such as upGrad and
JainEx. Dr. Mahalakshmi has designed and delivered over six full-length online
