Course Objectives: Campus Recruitment Training (CRT)

1. Enhance Employability Skills – Equip students with the necessary aptitude, technical, and soft skills to excel in campus recruitment drives.
2. Develop Strong Aptitude & Problem-Solving Abilities – Strengthen quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability skills required for
written assessments.
3. Improve Communication & Presentation Skills – Enhance verbal and written communication, public speaking, and professional email
etiquette for interviews and workplace interactions.
4. Master Group Discussion Techniques – Train students to confidently participate in group discussions by developing critical thinking,
structured argumentation, and leadership skills.
5. Prepare for Technical & HR Interviews – Provide in-depth training on answering HR and technical interview questions, handling
behavioral assessments, and developing a confident personal brand.
6. Enhance Resume & LinkedIn Profile Building – Guide students in creating impactful resumes, cover letters, and optimizing their
LinkedIn profiles to attract potential recruiters.
7. Train for Psychometric & Situational Judgment Tests – Familiarize students with personality assessments, decision-making tests, and
employer-specific psychometric evaluations.
8. Develop Industry Awareness & Career Readiness – Provide insights into industry trends, job roles, and employer expectations, enabling
students to make informed career choices.
9. Simulate Real-Life Campus Hiring Processes – Conduct mock recruitment drives, including aptitude tests, GDs, technical rounds, and HR
interviews, to provide hands-on experience.
10. Boost Confidence & Professionalism – Foster a positive mindset, self-confidence, and workplace etiquette to help students transition
seamlessly into corporate environments.

Instructor bio

Namaste, Greetings of the day!

 

I am K. Preetham. I completed a master’s in English literature in 2008 with a university rank from Bangalore University, qualified KSET in 2015, and a Cambridge University certified oral examiner for Business English Certification (BEC) exam. I have presented papers at 37 National and International Conferences, and 7 research papers are published in UGC CARE Journals, and 1 in Peer-reviewed Journal .5 articles are published as chapters in books and magazines. I have delivered talks as a resource person in a National level FDP and an International Conference. I have Completed 6 SWAYAM FDP courses on Research and English Skills and 44 International online courses in English from reputed International Universities. Further, I have participated in more than 200 webinars.

 

I have more than 12 years of teaching and training experience at Undergraduate, Graduate, and Post-graduate levels across streams like B.Sc, B.E, M.B.A, Verbal Aptitude for CAT, and other Competitive exams. I have also trained IT and non- IT professionals. I have served as a Subject Matter Expert for Hirepro, wherein I developed content for Verbal Aptitude. I explored content writing as a Senior Content Developer at Halis, wherein I developed content for International Courses such as ITIL, PRINCE2. I’m also a certified Instructional Designer. I have my Youtube and Telegram Channel related to English Language and Literature. My research articles could be accessed in Research gate and Google scholar. Currently, I am rendering my services as Assistant Professor of English at Centre for Management Studies, JAIN(deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, and training CAT aspirants.
