Dr. Rupesh Kumar Sinha is an Associate Professor in the Department of Decision Science at CMS Business School, Faculty of Management Studies, Jain University, Bangalore. With a rich academic background including a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, an MBA in Operations Management, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science, he is currently enhancing his expertise through a PG program in Computational Data Science at IISc Bangalore. His 28-year journey spans both management education and the software industry, making him a versatile professional who bridges academic theory with practical applications. As a Microsoft Certified Professional and NASSCOM Master Trainer, Dr. Sinha excels in teaching various analytical and management subjects, including SCM, Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, and Python Programming etc. His innovative research has resulted in 7 patents across domains like road safety, water treatment systems, and AI-enabled tools. A recognized Ph.D. guide at Jain University, he has designed MBA specialization courses and conducted numerous training sessions in analytics, benefiting both students and faculty.
