She comes with a rich experience of a decade in academics and Industry. Her domain of interest includes People and Crisis Management, Organisational Behaviour and Organizational Commitment, Employee relations and Positive Psychology. She has taught a wide range of subjects in the field of Management and Human Resources. She is UGC-NET qualified and certified by IIM-Bengaluru. She is a certified awarder in the ‘Duke of Edinburgh International Awards’.
