Suparna Ghosal is an Adjunct Faculty at CMS BUSINESS SCHOOL, JAIN (deemed-to-be) UNIVERSITY. She comes with an advertising industry experience of  25years plus and has been in the Academic field  for the past 8 years. She has also delivered MOOCS at JAIN online and UPGRAD. Developed 2 new courses at the University namely Communicating with Customers and Happiness and Well Being. She is also a certified Public Speaker , Toastmaster and an ICF Certified Coach. Currently she is pursuing her PhD and has also presented a few papers in conferences.




Dr. Mahalakshmi S, an alumnus of IIM-Visakhapatnam, is a distinguished Marketing faculty member at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), renowned for her expertise in Digital and social media marketing, Marketing analytics, and contemporary marketing strategies. She is a computer science engineer and a gold medalist in her MBA. With three authored books and three patents, and 12+ papers in indexed journals, she exemplifies academic excellence and innovation. Dr. Mahalakshmi is also a sought-after subject matter expert and content creator for prestigious MOOC programs offered by JAIN Executive Programs, upGrad, and Manipal, solidifying her position as a thought leader in modern marketing education and practice.

Enrolling and learning from the course is free. However, if you wish to obtain a certificate, you must register and take the proctored exam in person at one of the designated exam centre’s.
