In today's modern world, constantly changing technology Software
Testing has evolved from being a technical activity to a strategic role which
determines the success of software projects. The integration of Artificial
Intelligence (AI) has further propelled transformational shifts in the
planning, execution, and management of software testing.
The aim of the course “AI-integrated Management of Next-Gen
Software Testing” is to equip learners with comprehensive future-ready tools.
This course will provide a solid grounding in the principles of software
testing in conjunction with basic project management.
The course will familiarise students to the various stages of the
Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and how it interfaces with both traditional
and agile development models. The course also attends to vital project
management activities such as test planning, effort estimation, resource
allocation, scheduling, tracking, risk management, all of which will prepare
participants for complex real world testing projects.

on the infamous evolving element of Artificial Intelligence in contemporary
software testing. Students will acquire practical knowledge on handling
AI-based applications for intelligent test case production, defect prediction,
risk assessment, and monitoring of integration pipelines, thereby enabling them

testing systems.

Dr. Shikha Maheshwari, Associate Professor & Programme Head

Grading Components:
Internal Assignment Score: This contributes 25% to the final grade. It is calculated based on the average of the best 3 out of 6 assignments submitted during the course.
Proctored Final Exam Score: This contributes 75% to the final grade and is based on the proctored final exam, which is scored out of 100.
Overall Course Score: The overall course score is the weighted sum of the internal assignment score and the proctored final exam score.
