ABOUT THE COURSE:
Human Resource Management (HRM) is a critical function within organizations that focuses on managing and developing human capital to achieve organizational goals. It encompasses various aspects such as recruitment, training, performance management, discipline, grievance, motivation,compensation ,employee relations etc. Team building is the process of creating a cohesive group of individuals who work together collaboratively to achieve common goals. Effective team building involves activities and strategies designed to improve communication, trust, and cooperation among team members. HRM plays a vital role in organizing team-building exercises, workshops, and training sessions to enhance team dynamics and productivity. This course would sharpen more skills related to it along with the basic principles of managing Human Resource
Leadership is another crucial aspect of HRM, as it involves guiding and influencing others to achieve organizational objectives. This course will provide an insight into the basics of HRM, team building along with concepts of group dynamics with the basic elements of effective leadership. This course on HRM is integral to foster a positive work culture, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and achieving strategic objectives. Integrating these principles into a SWAYAM course not only prepares participants for real-world challenges but also equips them with practical skills that can be immediately applied in their professional and educational pursuits.

Dr. Rakhi Gupta an FDPM alumnus from IIM-Ahmedabad (2011) who has propensity towards Academics, Research and Training.Currently she is working as a faculty at Faculty of Commerce ,Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, UP, India. She currently serves on the editorial board of International journals published from Singapore, UK, India etc for example IJBIT,VSRD,IJCM, IJMCMR, etc. Her speaking engagement have taken her to audiences in diverse places as Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai ,Canada ,Mauritius ,London etc.
2. Her qualification include M.Com, LLB, ,FDPM (IIM Ahmedabad 2011),PGJMC, UGC NET (Commerce and Management) Ph.D Passed NELTS English examination  conducted by CIEFL(Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages), Hyderabad.

Course certificate

The course is free to enroll and learn from. But if you want a certificate, you have to register and write the proctored exam conducted by us in person at any of the designated exam centres.
The exam is optional for a fee of Rs 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only).
Date and Time of Exams: April 25, 2025 Morning session 9am to 12 noon; Afternoon Session 2pm to 5pm.

The online registration form has to be filled and the certification exam fee needs to be paid. More details will be made available when the exam registration form is published. If there are any changes, it will be mentioned then.

CRITERIA TO GET A CERTIFICATE

Average assignment score = 25% of average of best 8 assignments out of the total 12 assignments given in the course.
Exam score = 75% of the proctored certification exam score out of 100

Final score = Average assignment score + Exam score

Please note that assignments encompass all types (including quizzes, programming tasks, and essay submissions) available in the specific week.

YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A CERTIFICATE ONLY IF AVERAGE ASSIGNMENT SCORE >=10/25 AND EXAM SCORE >= 30/75. If one of the 2 criteria is not met, you will not get the certificate even if the Final score >= 40/100.

Certificate will have your name, photograph and the score in the final exam with the breakup.It will have the logos of INI and BHU.

Only the e-certificate will be made available. Hard copies will not be dispatched.
