ABOUT THE COURSE:
This course is specially designed for B.Ed. students, particularly those specializing in Sanskrit, as well as for in-service teachers who aim to strengthen their teaching skills through a structured and practical approach. Microteaching is a proven method used in teacher education to develop and refine specific teaching skills in a focused and controlled environment before engaging in full-scale classroom teaching.

The course offers an in-depth understanding of microteaching concepts, processes, and applications with a special emphasis on Sanskrit language pedagogy. Through this course, learners will explore various teaching skills such as introducing a lesson, explaining concepts, using teaching aids effectively, asking questions, classroom management, and concluding a lesson—each presented with relevant Sanskrit content examples.

By combining theoretical insights with hands-on practice, this course prepares pre-service teachers for their teaching internship and enhances the teaching capabilities of practicing teachers. The aim is to ensure that every teaching skill is mastered in a step-by-step manner, leading to confident, effective, and innovative teaching of Sanskrit in real classrooms.
