Foundations of Digital Entrepreneurship

Prof. Arun Kumar Deshmukh earned a PhD in Management from FMS-BHU, an Executive Graduate from IIM Calcutta, and an FDPM from IIM Indore. He has over fifteen years of experience in teaching, research, and industry. He has received three national-level doctoral fellowships: UGC-JRF, SRF, and ICSSR-National Doctoral Research Fellowship. He has conducted several research workshops/FDPs and MDPs for practitioners. His teaching interests include marketing, general management, and supply chain management. He has also recently designed the SWAYAM course on ‘Dynamics of Business Environment and Legal Frameworks’ in 2025. He has published more than 40 research papers in international and national journals/books of repute. He has presented papers and chaired sessions at multiple global conferences, including the recent 2025 AMA Winter Academic Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, as a member of the American Marketing Association.

Prof. Harsh Pradhan has taught at IIM Bodhgaya, Delhi Technological University and Jindal Global University. He has completed a PhD. from the Shailesh J Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay, in the area of organisational behaviour. His research interests include concepts like motivation, self-management, and job performance. He has taught courses like organisation development, human resource management, and psychology for managers. He has acted as a reviewer of international conferences and journals. He has many research papers in international journals and conferences to his credit.
