Prof. Punnam Veeraiah is currently working in Department of Business and Commerce, PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education (a constituent unit of NCERT under MHRD, Government of India) RIE Campus, Shyamla Hills, Bhopal – 462013 (M.P.) He worked as Coordinator in the Research Programme “Development of District Vocational Education and Training Plan for Warangal District of Andhra Pradesh”, PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education (NCERT), Bhopal.

DESS, NCERT, New Delhi

Dr. Rashmi is a distinguished professional with a robust academic and corporate background. Holding an MBA, UGC-NET certification in Management and Commerce, and a PhD in Management, she currently serves as an Associate Professor in Commerce (Business Studies) at the Department of Education in Social Science, NCERT under the Ministry of Education. Her journey encompasses enriching experiences at prestigious institutions like JC Bose University of Science and Technology (YMCA) Faridabad, Gurugram University, Gurugram, and several other renowned organizations where she has contributed significantly as faculty. Beyond academia, Dr. Rashmi has seamlessly navigated the corporate landscape, lending her expertise to top-tier multinational corporations such as Alcatel Lucent and Royal Bank of Scotland, particularly in HR/Learning and Development roles. Her academic achievements are complemented by over 12 years of extensive experience in learning & development, HR operations & talent management, and interdisciplinary research. Dr. Rashmi's scholarly contributions are noteworthy, with approximately 25 research papers published in prestigious journals listed in WoS/UGC CARE, reflecting her commitment to rigorous academic standards. She is a familiar face at national and international conferences and seminars, where her insightful presentations have garnered acclaim. Additionally, her involvement as an Editorial Board Member for international journals underscores her standing in academic circles. An educator at heart, Dr. Rashmi's impact extends beyond research and publication. She has authored and edited books, sharing her knowledge with a broader audience, and has been instrumental in training professionals and students through expert lectures across various educational institutions. Her multifaceted career exemplifies a blend of academic excellence, corporate acumen, and a deep commitment to advancing education and research.

Course certificate

The final assessment will be conducted in the last week of the course i.e. from 24th March 2025 to 25th March 2025.
The participants will get completion certificate if they score 60% and above in the final assessment.
