This course basically deals with the dynamics of individual and organisation. The objectives of this particular course is to make the future and present work force to understand the reasons for the kind of behaviours that occurs in an organisation and what are the reasons for the same. Once you understand the basis of that one can analyse and deal with the people who work for you in a better manner. 
This course explain the different processes of individual, organisation and society. Finally it gives an undertstanding about emerging trends in the present day context.
