Instructor bio

Dr. Sunita Dhal

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi
She has done her Ph D from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Delhi (Sociology of Science) on Indigenous Agricultural Knowledge Systems. She has worked with the Department of Sociology, Delhi School of Economics. Subsequently, she taught at Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University. Presently, she is working with School of Gender and Development Studies as Assistant Professor and a Course coordinator for MA in Women’s and Gender Studies. Her forthcoming Programme is Gender and Science. Her research interests are in the area of gender and science, political ecology and agriculture, technology and society.
