आज के तेजी से बदलते प्रौद्योगिकी-संचालित कार्यस्थल वातावरण में, यह अनिवार्य हो गया है कि शिक्षार्थी खुद को इन बदलावों के अनुरूप ढाले। हमारे लिए यह भी आवश्यक है कि उद्योगों / नियोक्ता की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरुप कार्यस्थल क्षमताओं एवं कौशल विकास को सशक्त करने पर जोर दिया जाए। यह पाठ्यक्रम, "21वीं सदी के शिक्षार्थियों के लिए कार्यस्थल कौशल" शिक्षार्थियों के उद्यमशील कौशल, नवोन्मेषी दृष्टिकोण, डेटा विश्लेषण तकनीकों, व्यावसायिक विकास, पर्यावरणीय जागरूकता, आलोचनात्मक सोच, और भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता जैसे पहलुओं को विकसित करने पर केंद्रित है।

इस पाठ्यक्रम का उद्देश्य शिक्षार्थियों में कार्यस्थल दक्षताओं, एवं व्यक्तिगत विकास के साथ-साथ व्यापक कौशल संग्रह को विकसित करना है, जिससे कि शिक्षार्थियों को आधुनिक कार्यस्थलों की जटिल चुनौतियों और अवसरों के साथ सटीक तालमेल बैठाने, एवं भविष्य में सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए एक सशक्त उपकरण के रुप में उपयोग किया जा सके।

इस पाठ्यक्रम में विभिन्न कार्यस्थल कौशलों के समावेशन का प्रयास किया गया है, जैसे- उद्यमशील मानसिकता, व्यावसायिक जीवन में कौशल-विकास के लिए के लिए एआई का उपयोग, उन्नत डेटा विश्लेषण और दृश्यांकन, परियोजना और संसाधन प्रबंध, व्यावसायिक विकास और आजीवन अधिगम, व्यक्तिगत वित्तीय प्रबंधन के लिए कौशल, आलोचनात्मक सोच और नवाचार, सामाजिक कौशल और संबंध, वैश्विक नागरिकता और सांस्कृतिक जागरूकता, पर्यावरणीय जागरूकता और संवेदनशीलता, स्वास्थ्य और समग्र कल्याण, आध्यात्मिक और भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता, आदि।

यह पाठ्यक्रम सभी शिक्षार्थियों हेतु अति महत्वपूर्ण है। इसको, विशेषकर कार्यरत पेशेवर (Working Professionals) सभी पाठ्यक्रमों के अंतिम वर्ष के शिक्षार्थियों हेतु कार्यस्थल कौशल और क्षमताओं की एक विस्तृत श्रृंखला के साथ संरचित किया गया है। हमारा विश्वास है कि इस पाठ्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने के बाद शिक्षार्थी आवश्यक कौशल, ज्ञान, और आत्मविश्वास से सुसंपन्न होंगे, जो उन्हें आधुनिक कार्यस्थल में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त करने हेतु सक्षम बनाएगा। उम्मीद करते हैं कि शिक्षार्थी उपयुक्त प्रभावी कार्यस्थल कौशल का प्रदर्शन करने, सहकर्मियों के साथ प्रभावी सहयोग करने, समस्याओं का विश्लेषण और नवाचारी समाधान विकसित करने, बदलाव और अनिश्चितता के अनुकूल बनने, और भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता तथा आत्म-जागरूकता का प्रदर्शन करने में भी सक्षम होंगे। हमें आशा है कि शिक्षार्थी इस पाठ्यक्रम को पूर्ण करने के बाद आधुनिक कार्यस्थल चुनौतियों और दबाव के बीच स्वयं को सफलता के लिए तैयार पायेंगे।

Dr. Megha Pant
Assistant Professor, Dept. of English & Foreign Languages, UOU
Ph.D. on marginalization in women’s writings from Uttarakhand.Research interests include Indian literature, women’s writing, translation studies, and gender studies.Published 10 papers, presented 11 at conferences, contributed 3 to proceedings.Recipient of Outstanding Teaching Excellence Award (Bhargava Foundation). Active in SWAYAM, promoting inclusive and engaging learning. Advocates collaborative academic innovation.

The online registration form has to be filled, and the certification exam fee needs to be paid.

CRITERIA TO GET A CERTIFICATE

30 Marks will be allocated for Internal Assessment (Final Quiz- Mandatory) which will be available at the end of the course and 70 Marks will be allocated for end term proctored examination.

A minimum of 40% passing marks (i.e. at-least 12 marks in Internal Assessment (Final Quiz- Mandatory) & 28 Marks in external proctored examination) will be required for being eligible for SWAYAM Certificate.
