Instructor bio

Prof. Nawal Kishor Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi

Prof. Nawal Kishor is M.Com, PGDIM and Ph.D. He has been working at IGNOU for the last 30 years. He has been engaged in teaching, training, research and other academic activities. He has published more than 60 research papers in reputed international and national journals. He has presented more than 15 research papers in international and national conferences. He has been actively involved as Key note speaker, technical session chairperson, guest of honour, and resource person in international and national conferences. He had been the resource person for academic staff colleges of various universities as well as for the faculty development programmes. He has been the managing editor of The Indian Journal of Commerce and editor of Indian Journal of Open Learning. He has received silver medal for the second best research paper award in the year 2014. His areas of interest are: International Business Management, International Marketing, Foreign Trade, Export- Import Procedures, Retail Management, Organisational Behaviour, General Management, Commerce and Distance Education.

CRITERIA TO GET A CERTIFICATE

30 Marks will be allocated for Internal Assessment (Final Quiz- Mandatory) which will be available at the end of the course and 70 Marks will be allocated for end term proctored examination.

A minimum of 40% passing marks (i.e. at-least 12 marks in Internal Assessment (Final Quiz- Mandatory) & 28 Marks in external proctored examination) will be required for being eligible for SWAYAM Certificate.
