Prof. Gitesh Chavan
Associate Professor
Prof. Gitesh Chavan is an Associate
Professor and Head of the Marketing department at Flame School of Business
(FSB), FLAME University. With a rich academic background, he was honored with
the prestigious Full-Time Doctoral Fellow (Ph.D.) of the Indian Institute of
Management (IIM), Mumbai (NITIE) in 2018. He holds a master’s Degree in
Instrumentation from VESIT Mumbai, an MDP in Marketing and HR from IIT Mumbai
(SJMSOM), and an associate (ATCL) Diploma in Communication Skills from Trinity
College London.
Prof. Gitesh Chavan brings over 19+
years of combined international experience in industry and academia, spanning
multiple geographies, such as Australia, the USA, the European Union, and the
Middle East.
Prof. Neha Yadav
Assistant Professor - Marketing
Prof. Neha Yadav holds a Ph.D. in
Marketing from IIM Mumbai, specializing in Social Media and Tourism, along with
an MBA in Marketing and Finance with 12 years of experience across industry and
academia, she's an expert in quantitative Market Research, Multivariate Data
Analysis, and Consumer Behavior. Her research, focused on eWOM's impact on
traveler attitudes, is highly cited with around 905 citations in top-tier
journals. Prof. Yadav has taught at leading business schools and brings
practical insights from her corporate roles. She also reviews for prominent
journals.
Prof. Aakash Kamble is an Assistant
Professor of Marketing at FLAME University, holding a Doctorate in Marketing
and an MBA. His expertise includes customer switching behavior in online
retail, a focus of his Ph.D. He was an Israel Government Scholarship recipient
for research at Bar-Ilan University and previously taught at BITS Pilani
(Dubai) and IIM Jammu.
Prof. Sougato Das
Assistant Professor - Marketing
Prof. Sougato Das is an Assistant Professor of Marketing with a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur. He brings over 13 years of automotive industry experience from companies like Tata Motors and Toyota, specializing in sales and strategic planning. His research and teaching focus on the adoption of AI in sales and marketing, particularly within the automotive sector, with publications in top-tier journals.
