Dr. S. Renukadevi

Dr. S. Renukadevi holds a Doctorate in Computer Applications (Engg. Education), Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling and Masters in Computer Applications. She has 29 years of experience in Teaching and Research. Her expertise includes Pedagogy, Training Technology, Educational Psychology, Soft Skills, Gender Studies, Guidance and Counselling, Transactional Analysis, NLP and Healing Techniques (Reiki, Energy and Music).  She has conducted an International School Psychology Conference in India. She has organized Workshops, Symposiums and Conferences. She is affiliated to psychology organisations such as IAAP (Regional President), ISPA and InSPA(State President, TN). She has authored several research papers and chapters in books. She has produced 5 Ph.D. dissertations and currently guiding 2 scholars in Engineering Education. She has attended several National and International Conferences. She has visited Germany, UK, Ireland, Scotland, Switzerland and Malta. Her interest in Student Psychology has resulted in new methodologies in teacher training. She is a trained NLP practitioner. Her current focus area is on Well Being of Students and Teachers.
