Managing emotions in the workplace is a crucial
skill for fostering a positive work environment, improving collaboration, and
enhancing personal and professional growth. This 8-week Course is designed to
help participants develop emotional intelligence (EQ) and apply it to
real-world organizational challenges. By the end of the
course, learners will be equipped to handle workplace challenges with emotional
intelligence, leading to better decision-making, improved relationships when
emotions are involved, and a more positive work environment. The course will also
help the participants to learn ways to reduce worry, rumination and self-criticism by increasing their acceptance of challenging work
