Adolescent Mental Health is an important public health issue across the world and especially in developing countries like India. It is devastating to acknowledge that suicides have become a common cause to which the society is losing its students. NEP 2020 points out the significance of Mental health  and wellbeing in students. Teachers are the asset of any nation as they shape young minds into future leaders, thinkers, and societal contributors. The HEIs have faculties who are the zenith of knowledge in their fields. An efficient faculty must know the approaches for handling students with assorted pedagogies. A teacher of today is expected to be a mentor and a  counsellor apart from being a classroom teacher. This Faculty development program aims to prepare educators to be aristocrats of student’s mental health and  well-being.
