Dr. P. Jakulin Divya Mary works as Assistant Professor at the Department of Rural and Entrepreneurship Development, NITTTR, Chennai. Possessing a decade of experience in academics, research and outreach activities, she has qualified UGC – NET. She is an Engineering graduate (B.Tech. – IT) with MBA and Ph.D. (Management). She has presented papers at various International Conferences conducted at Harvard Medical School, USA; Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation, Malaysia; McGill University and Ryerson University, Canada; Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, India. Her research areas include, Emotional Intelligence, Organisational Citizenship Behaviour, Employee Job performance, Emotional labour – among nurses, rural and entrepreneurship development, digital marketing, marketing automation, healthcare entrepreneurship. Some of the awards and fellowship received by her are Maulana Azad National fellowship by University Grants Commission, India; Anna University rank holder in MBA; Best paper awards.
